Why do I hate hypocritical religious leaders? 6/26/09

Everyday we face very important challenges in our lives. These challenges are either created by our own doing or by the circumstances beyond our control. However, we deal with them and try to face them as expeditiously and amicably as we can to over come all issues and to succeed in our lives.
At the same time, some of our decision making senses are influenced by others whom we aTHINKa we should trust. Yet, we forget the first and most important rule of aTRUSTa. It is aTrust no one but the one who created you.a Some call aCreatora, God, Allah, the Supreme Being or whatever your heart and mind desire.
If we all know the saying, aTrust No one!a then, why is it that we human beings do the opposite of what we were told since birth? Why do we forget, the one in charge and instead rely on the creator's creation only to be deceived.?
As I have repeatedly stated in my articles, I am not a politician and am not trying to give a political view. However, I hate it when idiots such as Pat Robison and other so called religious leaders around the world repeatedly misguide people (their audiences) and fill those wonderful minds with nonsense, lies and misrepresentations. Every religion has its share of idiots who wish to misdirect people from the truth. If the holy book of any religion shares the same concept of the aTen Commandmentsa then, here is a list of my questions to you, the wonderful readers:
1. What difference does it make what religion I follow?
2. Why do I need to believe in a religion in order to believe in God, Allah, the Supreme Being, etc.?
3. Why do I need to believe in the Mighty God through some liars and deceivers (calling themselves areligious leadersa?
4. Why do I need to go to a building in order to believe or worship the one who created me, especially since every religion claims, aGOD IS EVERYWHERE.a?
I said the above to bring your attention to the bull crap I have heard coming out of several religious leaders in the heart of the bible belt in the deep south of the United States of America.
We have repeatedly seen how the religious leaders whom we should atrustaaTrusta have repeatedly let us down and we continuously forgave them only to see them do the same again and again. When does it stop?
Let's understand one of the items of the Ten Commandments. aThou shall not commit adultery.a It was brought to Moses, the profit of the Jews, and written repeatedly in the Bible for Christians and later in the Q'uran for the Muslims.
When Bill Clinton had his affairs in the office, practically most democrats and ALL republicans hated him and wanted him out of the oval office, and the religious leaders stated that he asinneda. In fact, Mark Sanford, the Governor of South Carolina was at the forefront of requesting to have Bill removed from the office, because of the one time event in the Oval office.
Now, the same good ol' boy Mark, at the heart of the bible belt south who also claims to have a very high standard, ethics and with integrities shot through the roof, a person who does not want to use the U.S. ahandouta of stimulus checks as a petty for his state, travels outside the country over 2,000 miles to commit repeated adultery, and yet claims to be very religious.
What insults my intelligence, is that fact. Then, we have idiot religious leaders take over the broadcasting media and claim that God is forgiving him and you (God's' creations) should too.
So, let me understand this by asking again:
1. Why should I believe in the Bible?
2. Why should I believe the religious leaders?
3. What happened to all of that honesty and integrity?
4. Could all of this religious mumbo Jumbo be hoaxes, with the intent to misguide you and I?
Could it be that when politicians enter public offices, they think that they are above the law and that they are untouchable; therefore, they are entitled to break the law and the ten commandments; however, if you and I break the law, we will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law?
It is a shame (Mr. Pat Robinson) how some people in power, mislead and misguide us for their own personal or party affiliation gains.
