New Source for Scholarships

I just found a new site for scholarship sources. Scholarship of the Day by www.financialaidtips.com is featuring a new scholarship daily. The Financial Aid Tips site itself has been up since 2001 and offers free scholarship searches so I feel confident in recommending the site.

I recommend subscribing to their site by email or by RSS so you can stay informed on new scholarship opportunities daily. Don't be afraid to apply for lots of scholarships; even if you win a small scholarship of a few-hundred dollars, it's that much less you'll have to pull out of your own pocket.     Many non-traditional students think that Stafford Loans are not available to them. This is untrue!

    Make sure to check out all financial aid options available to you. If your FAFSA is not accurate due to marriage be sure to {bring this up|bring it to the attention of a financial aid officer.)
